Temporary Road Closure of South Street, The Borough, Middle Street and Bishopston

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along;

South Street - from the junction with Back Lane, northwards incorporating The Borough, Middle Street and Bishopston. A total distance of 610 metres.

This Order will enable Milestone Infrastructure to carry out structural maintenance.

The Order becomes effective on 09th November 2023 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 13th November 2023 and last until 17th November 2023 between the hours of 07:45-16:30 for a total of 5 days.
