Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along; High Street - from the junction with Bonnies Lane to the junction with Winsdor Lane. A total distance of 380 metres. This Order will enable Openreach to carry out poling works. T

he Order becomes effective on 29th August 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 5th September 2024 and last until 5th September 2024 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
